Same as others it’s impossible to return via UPS since the items ship from Germany and you need 3 forms posted on the front of the box. In the box you get only 2 forms for returns which makes it impossible to return. Quite an oversight from the seller. Will avoid this store.

I emailed Carhartt regarding duties to UK as this is shipping from Germany. They responded very quickly, stating they cover all duty charges to UK... which they did. What you pay on the store covers everything.

I recently bought several items on line during the sale. Some of which I returned. The returns experience was excruciating!! It took over two months for the products to arrive back with the company. Their customer services team were extremely unhelpful throughout the whole process and offered little support, leaving me to chase up with the courier. Notably, I also returned sale clothes purchased from their main, mainland european competitors (who use the same shipping company) and the returns arrived within a week - one of the companies are also based in Germany. I wont be purchasing from their online store again and wouldn't recommended doing so if you're uncertain about a product or size when buying on line.

Smoothest purchase you can imagine. Ordered on the one day, package arrived the next day, complete, as ordered. Fulfilled from Germany, received in Belgium.

Bought a pair of ripstop chinos from Carhartt for 130usd. After 2 years of casual wearing, the pants are falling apart and have ripped all the way around the waist. They have also lost their blue color.

Seriously bad customer service. Have emailed twice about my return to which have been ignored.

my first worst online experience ever, they don't have any phone number and we could only email them and they would reply it up to 8 working days.....

Clothes > Service. I ordered a Bode Parka from C-WIP earlier in the month. All their stuff is quality. The jacket was the wrong size which was my fault. I returned the jacket and received my money back within 2 weeks of placing the order. The returns process could be easier though as you can't process a return through your account or recent orders. You have to send it back and wait for your returns confirmation.

Customer service are none existent. Bought trousers that could not be delivered and thus returned. Emailed to inform them only to be given the tracking number that shows trousers was returned to them. Emailed asking for a refund but no reply no refund. Luckily paid through PayPal to raised a case. Use to love and wear a lot of Carhartt but never again will I buy. Dickies it is then

Repaired in record time! I have a women's jacket I really love, and after a few years the zipper broke. With no receipt, they happily took the jacket and replaced the zipper and sent it back to me in record time! Granted, they are in the same state of KY, but I sent it and received it back in 3 days!!! Amazing, and looks great.
